I have been waiting for this wedding with restlessness and hope, it was my first wedding after lockdown and I didn't know what to expect, probably like the bride and groom and all guests. Natasha & Jon promised to stay true and hold hands as they age, memorizing the grooves and crevices on each finger. As husband and wife, they promised eternity and a day in their vows and sealed their commitment with a kiss at Hotel Football in Manchester.
The rest of the evening was spent popping, clinking, and cheering to what may have been the happiest couple in the world at that exact moment.
Natasha and Jon,I hope you’ve enjoyed your big day. You deserve the best and I’m beyond thrilled to call you my clients. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Much Love and Appreciation…M.
In Natasha and Jon's own words, here's their story.
How did you meet?
- we met at work, working in the same hospital together.
Tell me more about your engagement, when and how this happened?
- We got engaged in March 2019 and I proposed to him at our house with a Lord of the Rings replica ring and a bottle of champagne and photos from our travelling together.
How long did you plan your wedding?
- Our wedding day wasn't the original plan. We had been planning it since we got engaged in March last year but we decided to get married was more important to us than a big wedding so still got married during COVID with a small number of people. We hope to do another wedding party with our other family and friends next year.
What made you choose your wedding venue?
- We both met each other in Manchester so wanted to have a venue in Manchester and the views on top of Hotel Football are really nice of Manchester itself so it felt like the right choice for us.
What was your favourite part of your wedding day?
-Very hard to choose as all of it was our favourite, haha but we both really loved the speeches. They were both hilarious and emotional.
What was your first dance song?
Bruno Mars - Marry You. It was a last-minute choice, we weren't going to do the first dance until our family encouraged us on the day haha.
Would you like to say a special thank you to somebody who helps you make your wedding day perfect?
There is everyone to thank who was there. They made it so special and we were so grateful everyone came and having our closest people there was amazing as well as having a wonderful photographer to document it all.
